Horizon Synergy Technology is an IP-first infrastructure institution.

We steward and license intellectual property across multiple strata of infrastructure design.

Our current primary work is the definition and protection of sovereign, continuity-grade infrastructure architectures—category-defining system classes designed for long-duration autonomy, resilience, and institutional stability.

This does not mean the company is the category.

It means the category is one of the foundational classes of IP we steward.

Over time, Horizon Synergy may also develop and license additional inventions, including more product-like or implementation-specific patents, provided they remain consistent with the continuity doctrine and do not require Horizon Synergy to act as a vendor or operator.

Our role is therefore architectural and doctrinal where it must be, and inventive where it can be—while remaining structurally non-operational and sovereignty-aligned.

We do not operate public infrastructure.
We do not run utilities.
We do not position ourselves as a product supplier.

We license IP that enables others—governments, institutions, and system partners—to instantiate continuity-grade systems at scale.
